The Design Scientific PhasePrep pH+ is an automated gravimetric solution and mobile-phase preparation system with integrated pH measurement and magnetic stirring. It accurately dispenses solvents by weight, monitors pH in real time, and helps improve consistency, safety, and traceability for HPLC mobile phases, buffers, and other analytical solutions.

SoluPrep II

SoluPrep II is an automated gravimetric solution preparation system designed to produce precise concentrations from a weighed amount of solute. The operator adds an approximate amount of material to a high-precision analytical balance, enters the desired concentration, and SoluPrep automatically calculates and dispenses the exact amount of solvent required.

Unlike PhasePrep, which is designed primarily for larger-volume solvent blends and mobile-phase preparation, SoluPrep focuses on high-precision preparation of standards, reagents, and concentration-based solutions. Its dispensing technology can also be adapted to compatible laboratory balances, allowing the system to be configured around different weighing capacities and application requirements.

By combining precision weighing with automated solvent dispensing, SoluPrep reduces manual pipetting, calculation errors, meniscus reading, volumetric flask dependence, and operator-to-operator variability.
