    The F-DGSi CRYOGEN 8–80 L/Day Series delivers compact, air-cooled liquid nitrogen generators designed for laboratories, clinics, and small research facilities. Producing 8 to 80 liters per day of 99% pure LN₂, these plug-and-play systems include integrated 60–210 L dewars, PSA nitrogen generation, and Gifford-McMahon cryo-refrigeration for on-demand liquefaction. Controlled through a color touchscreen with USB and Ethernet connectivity, operators can start, monitor, and schedule maintenance easily. Built-in O₂ safety alarms, automatic eco-mode, and emergency stop ensure safe, efficient operation. Available in compact one- or two-door cabinets (80–180 × 196 × 80 cm, 320–600 kg), these low-noise units (52–65 dBA) consume between 1.3 and 6.9 kW. Capable of generating 20 to 960 liters per day of high-purity liquid nitrogen, each system integrates a Helium compressor, PSA nitrogen module, and built-in dewars from 210 to 2000 L for safe, efficient storage. Power requirements range from 4.2 to 55 kW, depending on capacity. Skid-mounted configurations (200–300 × 170–300 × 200–300 cm; 1,250–3,000 kg) feature an intuitive touchscreen interface, remote monitoring, automatic filling, and oxygen-depletion alarms for safety.
